Walgreens Pharmacy

Since taking over from Rite Aid, this pharmacy has gone straight into the garbage. Hours changed, WRONG MEDICINE GIVEN to me. Had I have taken it, it possibility that it could of KILLED me is very real. Only to hear the pharmacist say that it's my fault for not disclosing my allergies. Only once I told her she was wrong, I was reading it on my profile sheet showing my allergies did she admit her mistake. Why be closed on a Saturday when most people are able too get these small tasks taken care of. Time for a new pharmacy, don't waste your time for nothing more than errors, rudeness and miserable attitudes.

Pharmacy staff are friendly but when i have to call in i have to deal with a robot call and it's a hassle to even speak with someone behind the counter over the phone i needed an emergency refill for my seizure meds on a Saturday but the pharmacy was closed can't wait to transfer to Thomaston pharmacy where I can speak to a person right away i didn't want to go with Walgreens but after terryville beacon closed everyone's prescriptions were transferred to the Walgreens

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible! Staff and Pharmacist are rude. Hours are ridiculous! They recently took over a local hometown pharmacy and refuse to work with other pharmacies to get patients prescriptions transferred out of Walgreens. I am still contacting doctors to to reissue scripts because the staff told me straight up they will not transfer them to another pharmacy. So what is that their way of strong arming you into keeping you as as a customer?

My husband and I went to the Terryville store to get the latest covid 19 vaccine this morning. Our appointments were at 11:30 and 11:45. A very nice young lady, named Lymira greeted us at the pharmacy counter and immediately took our information. We got our shots and were out of there by 12:00, leaving with 8 boxes of at home covid tests. The experience was very pleasant and efficient.

Both the Pharmacist, Pharmacy Staff, and Store Staff have always been very kind, and always willing to help me with anything I needed. I have been going to this Walgreens (Rite-Aid), for over 13 years, and have always been treated as a valued customer.
