Walsumer Brauhaus Urfels

As a southern German, I know brewhouses most from the Bavarian area. At first, here in Duisburg, near the impressive Walsumer power plant (even in the shade of it) I was able to find a very nice, original, well-visited brewhouse. My local relatives swear to it, they like to come here for family celebrations and small festivities, especially as there is a separate, somewhat quieter space where one is completely under. The brewhouse belongs to Sinalco. Accordingly, the beverage card is large and leaves little wishes open. The brewed beer is also delicious and invites you to stay. A large beer garden makes the Walsumer Brauhaus a very popular stop on the bike tour on the Rhine in summer. The brewhouse also invites you to anniversaries, birthdays and sond. Celebrate. We went yesterday, Wednesday It takes half an hour to drive there but we knew we were assured a good beer. Upon arrival we were greeted with the news that they would close at It was The web site states an pm...finish!!!! If they want to alter the opening hours then why not alter the web site? The garden was pretty full and it seems strange that after being closed for so long they did not want to; make hay while the sun shines There were a number of disgruntled customers!

We were beautiful on 16.10.2016 with 12 people in the brewhouse, local and outdoor areas, but the food is the SCHLECHTESTE what I have eaten in recent years. Cold non-fried steaks and turkey meat and a brew cube as an appetizer. From 12 food we have 7 packs (the meat) and fed to our dogs. Because 18 euros for a dump steak would be too bad.
