The service, food, and atmosphere here is amazing. I haven't been to other Korean BBQ restaurants, so understand that my review won't be comparing it to others. I've been to this location at least a dozen times and it's consistent quality service. If you don't understand the food you want to order, just ask! All employees are more than happy (in my experience) to explain what the food is and how to cook it. This location is very accommodating too! I've been here with friends and our group ranged from 2 14 people. Obviously the larger your party, the longer the wait, so expect that if you go at peak times with a large group. One of the best places in Southern California! Saturdays from 1 to 3 PM are the perfect times to avoid the crowds, although it's popular for good reason! The staff is extremely polite and always available to take orders and assist with the barbecue. We've been there several times and have never had to look for someone to get a grill or order more food. The meat is fresh and consistently delicious! The air conditioning works hard to keep the atmosphere comfortable despite the heat from the grills at each table. We love dining at Wang Cho and highly recommend it!

I've visited this restaurant several times in recent years, and my experience has consistently been quite good. The quality of the meat is excellent, but the service is just average. It seemed like the staff members who handled the cooking grate were more attentive than the waitstaff. I don't blame the servers; they seem overwhelmed with too many tables, which makes it hard for them to provide the best service. We typically enjoy Korean BBQ here and always leave feeling full and satisfied, but I do think the overall dining experience could be improved.

The range hood is not working at all. It's not sucking in the smoke. The grill gets scorched very easily, almost every time. I was shocked that they call the first picture Assorted Vegetables. Many other Korean bbq places would give you a bowl of sweet sour lettuce salad as Assorted Vegetables. What a dissatisfaction and disappointment! I won't come back again. You can never go wrong with an all you can eat Korean BBQ spot. The biggest thing you have to remember is to never go to this place with a fresh pair of clothes. The food smell gets all in what you are wearing. You leave any Korean bbq smelling like straight food. Ultimately a great experience. You have to starve yourself before coming her for an all you can eat experience or you will fill up really quick. Loved it

This restaurant was fantastic! Korean BBQ can sometimes feel overwhelming, but the staff here made everything simple and enjoyable. They were eager to answer our questions, quick to replace the grills, and incredibly friendly. My family and I truly appreciated their service!

First time here for our anniversary lunch. Price was above average. Service was great. However, only a small dislike: the corn menu is so little in portion. See picture. But, the steaks are good. Especially Cali steak. We will go back again in the future.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! Make sure to come hungry! The selection of meats, vegetables, and more is impressive, and everything tastes delicious. The customer service was outstanding too!
