I’ve always had a soft spot for this place, have been saddened to see the lack of patrons supporting a good old unpretentious local pub in recent years, but things are back on the up! Visited this week for the steak special. $20 kids eat free it was rammed! Sunday roast on weekdays has been introduced for $20, there are other specials for dinner. We’ve always had a warm welcome, but Clair was outstanding in taking care of us when we arrived with no booking thinking it’d be as quiet as ever. We had 3 roast dinners( nice tender meat) and a roast beef roll(meat was tough and grissle), obviously a cheaper cut than the other. A big disappointment . Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
