Wasabi Sushi Bar - Fairview Heights

My family has been to Wasabi Fairview Height many times . The sushi is fresh, prepared to perfection and always tastes great. The servers.. mostlyt young men... are helpful, friendly attentive . We have had the same server several times...his name is Conor. He is wonderful and should be commended for his service. The manager Cory is always helpful ..I've called in the past to ask about specials. I will continue to go to Wasabi as long as it stays as it is right now Great addition to Fairview dining...Ruth

we used and loved 6$ roll at night on Tuesday. we ordered the mistsuppet and sesame spring salad. the salate took very long to be prepared from any reason, but tasted good. we ordered 3 reels: washington avenue, spicy mango and on recommended by samuel our server, the scallop volcano. everyone was excellent, but we enjoyed especially the scallop volcano. our server, samuel, was very knowledgeable, attentive and very pleasant.

Connor is the best waiter, we go nearly every Tuesday and he takes great care of us. The food is also excellent and the sake is good. It's truly a fun and interesting place to have something different.

really nice, but I think they were really busy. my food came out about 15 minutes before my men and it was cold. the food was still good.

We don't get out very often, but if we do, we'll go to wash. it is the next thing I can get to authentic Japanese style sushi.
