Wasabi Wok - Reservar uma mesa

we have been ordering for 3 years from wasabi n wok, but recently their service is down. they have previously delivered false orders, food we ordered a hundred times is suddenly different: smaller portions, looks/taste different. tonight we ordered dinner at 18:30. we called the restaurant twice. the first time we were told that the trip was gone. for the second time, 35 minutes later (we love 7 minutes from the restaurant) he was back on the way. I understand that it is Saturday, but that is unacceptable. I just called for a third time and told them that they will get our food again and we will come and pick it up. we never got an apology.

Wildly rude staff, who provide neither a hospitable attitude nor passable food. Normally I wouldn't be compelled to leave a review of an unremarkable Chinese restaurant but I'm doing so now because the pure, all encompassing awfulness of Wasabi N Wok deserves to be recognized for it's commitment to abysmal customer service, filthy dining room, unappetizing and bland food. It seems proud of it's mission of being the worst sort of old, dirty neighborhood Chinese restaurant. If you like a hostility, Steph infections and disgusting food look no further.

the ordered eating at 6 was said it would be delivered between 6:45 and 7:30. waited until 7:45 and called six times, no one took off. they drove up there and they closed at 8 without our food and we paid. Says they closed at 10th morning to get our money back.

rude customer service. I made my order wrong and when I asked her to give me only what I ordered, they said no. Food not even as good as at all

new owners I think have the strangest smell. I can't even try to eat it.
