Wawa - Reservar uma mesa

Last night, on Monday, 27. June 2022, I had made a very bad customer service experience in this wawa on Dekalb Hecht in kop. I ordered a sharp chicken sandwich that was hot, but it was cold. The food was prepaid by system and menu. I complained about the kind of service, but the employee ignored me as if I were nothing. I stood right in front of the counter for about 10 mn waited for my sandwich to bake or at least warm, nothing was done as desired. I was ignored. So I was forced to raise my voice to see a manager for help, and finally someone from the back office seems to come to the manager and help me after that. He ordered a turkey bowl that was pretty shameful. Also ordered a chicken sandwich from which they were. Instead of ordering cheeseburgers. With all attachments. I have a hamburger without cheese. Salad tomatoes on half a bungalow. No top on my cheese less cheeseburger. The young man behind the confrontation was obviously affected as well as others. Shame. I spread the word to all I know. Look at the staff.

The gas station is always overcrowded to the point where traffic is secured in its parking lot. Mainly because people at the gas stations only go to the store, this should not be allowed. You better stop at Sunoco on the street.

Bathroom always dirty. And now the one stall in the ladies' room has no lock and I saw an employee going out of the toilet room without washing their hands.

I only got gas here but it was clean and there was a pump open and ready for refueling.
