The whole food prep staff was too busy to heal and distribute loud and complain about how customers complain to them? before all to get my two basic orders from chicken sandwiches right. They gave up the wrong kind of cheese, they put grilled sauce on instead of ketchup, they completely forget the salad, even though they were clear?t out of salad, I saw it there, and they forget to me the cheese sauce with my hair that I paid until I asked them. I love Wawa, but that was a terrible experience
Wawa always tries to offer quality. Sometimes a Wawa gets in the way to be the Wawa that I love to defend. My hot order was missing ingredients. UGH. Just follow the instructions and steps. Too much conversation between employees while people are waiting. Supervisors must be monitored. The employees must leave people alone at the clock when they have work to do. The customer-specific cold drinks person cannot read the instructions on how to make the drink and talk to people at the same time. When someone spoke to her, she had to stop what she did to attend the conversation. The shine has lost its shine in this store. It's even better than Sheetz.
Hot and fresh coffee. Fresh Deli Foods. A variety of packaged products and drinks. Good gas prices and a large parking lot. Wawa is one of the best things the East Coast has for it! The food is always fresh and the coffee is always hot. In my life, I've seen Wawa grow from just a few shops in the South East Pennsylvania and New Jersey area to the east coast and even to the south to Miami! When I was young, they had two types of coffee, regular and decaf. Now they have coffees from Colombia, Brazil, Africa and a whole range of other seasonal flavors.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS..ANY TIME OF DAY!! Been coming here since it opened. It is absolutely the worst Wawa I've ever been to, regardless time of day. I am here at 10pm Thursday and its 10:23 and I just saw a couple walk out while waiting for their order. The employees try hard, but clearly the store manager and Wawa Corp has failed these workers and community miserably. Absolute worst convenience store..corporate needs to step in and remove the management team...there IS ENOUGH workers (albeit very slow), just clearly poor guidance.
