Very well kept small hotel and excellent restaurant. Hotel is located within walking distance of all shops, public transport etc. Free parking in front of the hotel! The reception for the hotel is at the bar of the restaurant which is very welcoming and convenient....Rooms are functional and clean, free internet available. The hotel is in typical style with lots of wood and decorations inside, the restaurant is cozy and welcoming and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served in buffet style and with a great variety of breads, fruit, cheese, dairy products, …, all you wish to have in the morning. we went twice. for the first time we eat inside. the interiors are dark, but with a positive mood. I had venison. for the second time we had lunch in their outer deck with a view of their criminal garden. it was a sunny day and the duck id...had was cooked to perfection. the potato dumpling had this wonderful texture and I enjoyed my meal. I'd go back to any case on the day. the service was good. I have no complaints!

we had a table for and a small child, the table was all set ready for the child with seat and toys / books and child cutlery. we were really welcomed and the service was simply great, really patient and helpful. beautiful atmosphere in the restaurant and the garden also looked beautiful! eating was delicious and affordable nothing to complain! we will probably be back for the blackshaxe!

the place is very nice to sit, nice deko, a bit out of the main train so not too crowded, and a beautiful outside sitting area. eating was very good, with many vegetarian options.
