Weinstein - Reservar uma mesa

We booked a table on the terrace and that was wise because there are not many tables. It is located in a back alley of Überlingen not far from Lake Constance, you can even see it from there. The waiter was friendly, but had to do almost everything alone and therefore some things did not go too smooth. We ordered a medium rare steak, but it was well done and instead of 2 red wines we got 1 red and 1 white. Because the white man was good, we had no problem with it. Flamecake was really tasteful. Steak less because it was overcooked. Salade, who came with Steak, was good. Wide selection of open wines per glass. Good that most of the region are.

We actually went here because of the trip advisor reviews. They were all excellent but all in German. We only speak English. Don't expect an English menu but the owner will help you out with translation. Seemed to be full of local people. Food was fantastic and maybe of German style. In a beautiful old building. We ate outside on the street. Really enjoyed ourselves.

Nice German restaurant in Uberlingen. I had the special which was the very common pork, mushroom sauce and spaetzle which I love. Atmosphere was full of dark wood and definitely made you feel like you were in Germany. Weinstein was around the corner and those doors were closed but in front there was a sign for Zoller Hof (sp? which we were told was all connected.

A very good restaurant just steps from the popular central yacht park at the lake. There is a taxi cab stand within 200 feet of the front door. Good food and good service.

We went to dinner in February 2023. Beautiful staff and really nice food served in a beautiful wooden panel room, very tasteful.. and at a good price.
