Wendy's - Reservar mesa

Young fellow taking orders was very good attending to details. I ordered too many salads and had to cancel one. He was professional, getting his mgr and went through the order with me again. Friendly beginning. Then.. I ordered extra chicken with my favourite apple pecan salad which is usually delicious! This time the chicken was HARD overcooked and I did not get my extra order of chicken. Perhaps just as well if it was the same overcooked chicken with the salad. My husband’s taco salad was not as good as it use to be. The chilli was less meaty and watery. Hardly any tomato and cheese with the lettuce. Corn chips in the bag were good. Ordered a grilled chicken wrap and I asked if the wrap was a whole wheat wrap, the young boy at the till asked another older women employee and she speaks out I have no idea and points over to a wall for me to go and read the ingredients I guess. Then another male employee who seemed to be running the place told me no it is not whole wheat. I then ordered a baked potatoe and a drink and was standing at the side waiting for my order when I was told my potato would be 20 minute wait. Needless to say I will not be back

This place has never been great but it’s really went downhill in the last month or so.Service is SO slow that I got rear ended from an impatient person constantly inching ahead because of the wait.Workers aren’t super friendly. They’ve stopped allowing substitutions on coupons (instead of a spicy chicken sandwich I ALWAYS got classic), even though every other location still does.Any other Wendy’s I visit tastes better than this one.

Terrible service the person taking my money was mute and didn't say a word. Their ice machine as seemed to become like McDonald's ice cream machine and never work. Many times in getting a warm pop fries are always old and cold, burger is either over cooked or under cooked. Something changed with this store cause quality went down the drain big time! This is a Wendy's and Tim Hortons combo. Ever since Wendy's introduced breakfast, I've been enjoying their Breakfast Baconators like crazy. I absolutely love them!

They have great customer service. The food is good and fresh. I would recommend going.
