Wendy's - Reservar uma mesa

We waited 20 minutes just to place our order, which was understandable given that it was 6:30 pm and the restaurant was very busy. However, we ended up receiving the wrong burgers and cold fries, and by that point, it was too late to have it fixed. I realize that there may be staff shortages, but getting orders correct should be a basic expectation. Additionally, dealing with homeless individuals begging for change was unpleasant, especially when they are persistent and do not take no for an answer.

Warning for allergies! The service was terrible. No one paid attention to the specific instructions or requests, and all of the food was incorrect. I have allergies to onions and tomatoes on the burgers, but they couldn't even get that right. I ordered the apple pecan salad with a allergy to penicillin and requested to have the blue cheese swapped for cheddar. However, both salads came with blue cheese. Overcoming incompetence is difficult these days.

The Valleyview location is pretty consistent with quality and appearance. Order is usually correct and appearance of foods look neatly made and not like it was slapped together and poorly wrapped.

We ordered three chicken strip meals and one spicy chicken meal. The chicken strip meals were all cold and tasted rubbery, while the spicy chicken was hot and flavorful.

Wendys has my favorite burgers. Specifically Dave's double. Walked into the Wendy's here in kamloops and got my burger with 2 minutes. Can't complain
