Wendy's - Reservar uma mesa

For starters, no matter what Wendy’s you go to it’s ALWAYS busy and this place gets little to no customers and I see why. Customer service is HORRIBLE. Food is thrown together and my order is ALWAYS wrong. You would think the food will get made to order due to the lack of customers but no. Food is cold. I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because they are close to home but I will for now on make that extra drive to Solon

If this is the one in twinsburg they don't allow you to enter under no circumstances. The problem is I can't drive thru with the Amazon delivery vehicle there. I'd damage the store and the vehicle.Dietary restrictions: There needs to be vegan and dietary options salads get old. Maybe green bean fries or fried okra

Slow slow slow. Same issue as always corporate cant staff the place and one employee grunts it all for them. In the 90s Wendy's was my first job. 5 people 4 teenagers and one adult could easily run a place.

Ended breakfast early, yet when I ordered for lunch they weren't prepared for that either. Wasn't even busy enough to warrant it.

This location will have 1 car in line, have you pull up to the door and wait for cold food.
