Wendy's - Reservar uma mesa

I’ve been coming to this wendys a lot and have always noticed when they change general managers until this week I seen the new manager of the store his name is Brian/bryan however you spell it, and I don’t think he is fit for this position he’s so unprofessional and rude to both customers and employees. I’ve seen him abuse his power as a “manager” by yelling at his employees like they are slow. Mind you these wonderful people have been working at this store for years and he’s just now starting, I write this as well because I need help on getting corporates number because this is not right at all it’s just so much I’ve also experienced with this manager that I need to talk to someone above hi...

Was really craving this and when I went through the drive through I placed my order and seemed ok wasn’t untill I pulled up paid but didn’t receive a receipt which is fine. Up until I received my order and the lady just looked at me and I had a feeling an order was missing. I asked if that was it she said yes. But I pulled up and checked my bags before leaving and I was missing an item went inside and another lady gave me my order but didn’t ask for proof. When I went back home which is close by (2min) the spicy sandwich was hard as a rock and cold fries were cold

They always get my order wrong and my burger was cold bacon was burnt and cold. She was rushing me when I was explaining my order. Like I told her what burger combo I wanted she jump to what sauce and giving me my total. Ma’am give me a second to let you know what I don’t want on my burger. I ask for bbq sauce and ketchup. Nothing. Why ask me what I need over the intercom and then my order be wrong with no condiments that I ask for so.Do they be short staff around lunch and then they rush each order. Please do better

Dave's triple, small like the biggie bag burger. My fries was really cold, so I asked for some fresh fries.... What did they do.... They just threw the fries back in the grease. Now my fries are over cooked and not fresh. I thought Wendy's was fresh lime they advertise. I didn't complain to the workers, they act like they don't understand the English language.
