Wendy's - Reservar uma mesa

I don’t eat fast food often, but sometimes the craving hits. It’s really frustrating when you drive away and find that the French fries are cold and stale. It shouldn’t be that hard to prepare food fresh, especially during slow times. I get that they have a system for managing orders, but they shouldn’t serve food that they wouldn’t eat themselves. It’s also concerning that no one from the franchise seems to bother responding to customer complaints, according to other reviews. I’m curious to see if calling the corporate office would make them pay more attention to their paying customers.

I absolutely love my local Wendy's! Even when they're really busy, they usually get my order right. Plus, Wendy's has the best chicken sandwich around, and everything is always served hot! I've been there quite often and have always been impressed by their service. Also, the limited edition Earthberry Frosty is amazing—I just wish it would stick around longer!

The service was attentive, but the chili was completely liquid, even after I asked for a replacement. I'm pretty sure it didn't contain any meat. Also, I'm not sure if the 4 for 4 deal only includes the Jr. Cheeseburger, as that’s what they mentioned.

When did the small chili become the large chili? When I asked if this was now considered the large size, I was told yes. Also, the drive-thru takes forever.

The service was poor, the restroom was unclean, and the food was entirely below average.
