Wendy's - Reservar uma mesa

On Saturday night, November 18th, around 7:00 p.m., we waited in the drive-thru line for approximately 15-20 minutes. When we finally reached the window, the staff were just standing around chatting, and unfortunately, we received the wrong order. After informing the employee that it wasn't ours, she handed us our order, but it was missing the condiments we had specifically requested. The service from that team was disappointingly poor. I won't be returning to that location again.

I went through the drive-thru, and it took 8 minutes to place my order with just one car ahead of me and no customers inside the restaurant. I'm not sure if there was a meeting happening, but I noticed several district managers and managers going back and forth between the dining area and the garbage area. Normally, the food is quick and good, which is why I decided to wait, but this visit was simply unacceptable.

I had my first visit to this restaurant, and I really liked it. The interior is beautiful and new, and the staff were attentive. They got my order right, and the food was served quickly. The chicken sandwich was fresh, and the fries were hot! I definitely enjoyed the drink machine with all its options. I'm looking forward to bringing my family here!

Awful experience at this Wendy's! The cashier completely ignored me while I was standing at the front counter. I had to ask out loud just to place my order. There was no unsweetened tea available, and my fries were overcooked. I wouldn’t recommend going here!

Hot and fresh food at an excellent price! We both enjoyed dinner for just $9.80, with each of us having a burger, fries, chicken nuggets, and a drink. We went through the drive-thru, and everything appeared to be clean.
