Wendy's - Reservar uma mesa

Went in to get a burger since the drive thru line was long. Walked in to order and just had a bunch of employee give me a blank fish eyed stare while they completed whatever task they had. As I waited to order, the customer behind me let me know I had to order on a screen (no employee even attempted to help me). When I finally went to pay there was no cash option. I asked the girl walking past me if I could use cash. She just quickly mumbled something which I took as a no. What a soul crushing, dystopian example of late stage capitalism. Never again Wendy’s NK!

One of the worst wendys ive been to. Extremely poor service which reaches an even poorer level on weekends. Some poor snippy nasty attitudes from some of the employees especially the younger ones. A few of the older ones are borderline neanderthal level intelligence. A few are sporting unkempt beards. Cant get an order correct. Will omit eating utensils and napkins. Often the food can be rubbery or look like it was thrown together like slop. Avoid this wendys if you can. If I could give zero stars for service I would.

Didnt have my food ready, nor did the girl at the drive thru understand what I ordered. She tried to give me someone else's drink, and then gave one of my items and said thank you. I ask for the second item and it confused her. Maybe it was her first day...

Manager was caught touching saucy nuggets with bare hands and no gloves and tried to serve it to us and copped an attitude to us
