Wendy's - Reservar uma mesa

The drive-thru line normally takes between 20-30 minutes. If you order inside, I normally takes just as long. I was the only person in line when lunch started, I did a mobile order, and it still took 30 minutes. Also, I've tried to use the mobile order parking and they won't bring you the food unless you go inside. (This location is barely better than the location on Wayne Ave.

This drive thru has to be the worst drive thru I’ve ever been to. Expect to sit in line for a half hour or more every single time you go. I understand being short staffed but there’s no reason to have anyone sit at the speaker box for 20 minutes while all the cars in front of them are moving forward.

After waiting for 20 minutes, I came to an avocado salad without avocado. I called to ask a free salat and was told by the manager that I don't deserve a free salat, but next time I come into her, they will give me a free side of avocado.

This establishment was going downhill for a while, but recently they have picked their game up. The past 2 times I went, I got hot food very quickly with no problems. I look forward to going back.

I truly believe this location needs to drop the fast food banter. 25min in the drive thru, with only 3 cars in line. About 7 left. Ridiculous. The franchise owner needs to WAKE UP!!!
