Wendy's - Reservar uma mesa

Just left this place nobody took my order at the drive thru speaker. They weren’t packed it was two cars before me with a long wait. I pull up to the window and the person in the drive thru had an attitude because I told her no one took my order so I want to order at the window. Tried to place an order for 5- $5 biggie bags and a Dave’s meal. She said fine rings it up and tells me $15. Doing simple math I knew she didn’t have my order right. So I confirmed with you did charge me for 5 $5 bags. She goes oh u want 5 of them wow. I’m like yes I need five she goes hold on this is too much can you come in. wendy's on rock quarry, the worst I ever was. I waited in the car for a few minutes. decided to go in. 5 employees on the back, no one takes command. only 3 customers are waiting in the line. Finally, a guy came up, he said I'm sorry that it changed time. he said they're ready to order? I said yes, but he couldn't take my order because he screamed to the workers in the back to come and make the limonade. a hired in the pack started screaming, having a melt down, the kerl screaming back to him in register, I decided to get out, it became loud and scary. I'll never go to that again. the second time I had a less than acceptable experience there and left without food, it will be the last time.

Came here with my family for dinner and just had a bad experience over all. The place was slow and the staff was young so everything seemed to be a game to them. took them forever just to take my order. The cashier was to busy flirting with 3 female customers and also messed their order up as well as ours. I will not be visiting this establishment again. Don't waste your time here.

The worst customer service. Closes when they want to. Everyday the hours differ. I would rather drive to 138 and bypass this Wendy’s. Definitely need to fire everyone and get a whole new crew!

Service was quick and fast.. my food was fresh and hot that staff was friendly inside was clean and the oatmeal bars are amazing ?#ebridgeapproved???
