Wendy's - Reservar uma mesa

Terrible experience today at this Wendy’s (8005 US Hwy 19N Pinellas Park FL) I place the order inside it took a good 15 minutes before it was my turn but that is to be expected it was around 1 pm. Purchased an apple pecan salad and went to eat it in my car. Half way through the salad I found a large bug !! I don’t know what it is maybe a beetle maybe a roach so needless to say I stopped eating the salad and went inside to see the manager. My intention was to pull the manager aside show him or her the bug and just get a refund but it didn’t go that way. I have not eaten at a Wendy’s in many years but I wanted to check out as a dear friend recommended it. 2:53pm Ginette was my server and she was pleasant and helpful as I had changed my mind on my order. This is where Tanisha the manager came in, she corrected my order and I have my name. Just a minute or so went by and I got my chicken burger and fries, hit and delicious. I will for sure be back soon. Thank you.

The entree menu monitor was blank. No ice in one drink machine and no drinks in the other. The auto flush toilet didn 't work. The no-touch sink faucet didn 't work. They didn 't say anything when our order was finally ready, we had to ask is this ours?

The manager Liz is terrible and has no business working in customer service. They close the dining room whenever they feel like it despite the posted hours. Do not recommend this location!!!!!

This store works by their own rules. Closed lobby at 8pm, closed fryers at 9pm, always out of cola freestyle flavors. It's always one problem or another here.
