Wendy's - Reservar uma mesa

As I sat in line at the drive-through waiting and waiting AND waiting I watched people park and go inside...or, rather, TRY to go inside. The doors were apparently locked yet no signs anywhere saying that the dining room was closed. People were going from door to door getting clearly agitated as they found each door locked. Amazing. I remained patient and finally got my order in. The ladies at the pick-up window were pleasant enough and didn't seem rattled in spite of the fact that cars were lined up out to the street on a busy Saturday afternoon. Stopped in when we were driving back from the Cape. The staff looked frazzled, and overworked. They were all over the place, seeming as though no one had a specific job. You had to enter your order at a kiosk. Speed of service was decent, certainly for the amount of staff. Fries were undercooked, a result of rushing a batch. Both customer use soda machines were out of almost every drink, neither had any diet options. Learned they only had strawberry Frostys after ordering (first time trying, not a fan). Overall this trip reminded me why I need to stop coming to Wendys for a quick bite. They are disasters.

to start, did not take a quitting. there were about 10 guests waiting for food. ordering was not properly observed a server toss out about 7 meal times .ask me what I needed 3 times .two more meal times in müll. finley got the right sandwich had to ask for a cup.if first soda machine ice cream does not work for a long time. when it got ice, it was from koks. I first have my soda. it was flat. had to snoop to drink another

they cannot understand what a simple sandwich is. I wanted to have it repaired and literally handed over to me the exact thing I just returned. cash on his phone scrolling and has zero customer service training. it hates to sound like a nag, but its simple order

Lazy, slow and unfriendly staff. Can’t even greet you properly. What ever happened to “welcome to Wendy’s, how may I take your order”? They’re too lazy to do that. I like Wendy’s food but the people working here are just no good!
