Wendy's - Reservar uma mesa

I used to be a good fan of Wendy's until I visited this location today. I ordered 3 biggie bags, it took 12+min to receive my food, no cashier or any other people told me why my orders were delayed. Other than that, the cleanliness, the floor looks clean, but it feels so greasy. If I walk a bit faster, I will definitely make a split. The room is also smelly, smells like the kitchen, like the after cook smells. I will never ever go back to this location. This is so disappointed.

Drive-thru slowly in slow they are understaffed and the manager does not help to open the load when the website said it did then close it very early the business smells and the floor is sticky they don't wash there hands before the handling food smells like fat n mold eating is always over boiled or cold never a soda in the machine sadly to say the last 2 years

Just went through the drive through at this location and the customer in front of me was a complete handful. The staff were ALL extremely professional, kind and organized in their handling of the situation, I was impressed. Young kids holding it down. Well done. Also my meal was great.

save yourself the disappointment of terrible service and cold eating. they also do not have to deal with the very rude lady who works the drive at night. this position has the longest line with the slowest drive thru for the coldest food. Go to popeyes next door.

They are now pushing hot fries which I thought was crazy but actually there were excellent... I got some suggestions that that's because I'm an Elder,,, Please Notice! Large E!
