Wendy's - Reservar uma mesa

This has been our Wendy’s for awhile. Love how they never have a huge wait in the drive thru line. The manager Jose has been extra helpful with helping me trying to come order in the store. Never sure with restaurants nowadays with Covid having the lobby’s shut down and such or other lunch rush delays but we’ll keep coming through.

do not order online or with the app unless they will pick it up immediately. there was no way to put a pickup time on the order, and it took 15 minutes to get to the restaurant and get my food. when I opened the bag, it was only slightly warm. I'm pretty disappointed. order placed 12-28-22 about 1:00 o'clock.

the customer service was nice. the person helped us the better deal than what we originally ordered. but they serve cold frying at this place. ordered 4 meal times and one had luke warm pommes. That is regrettable. have not checked our pommes until we were too far away.

Came for frostys and computers down. Manager gave us a deal on them for have to wait! Very nice and competent staff especially since they were having to deal with internet issues out of their control.

I have a chicken sandwich and the chicken seemed cold and dry. friends were good. peppermint frosty is in order.
