Wendy's - Reservar mesa

I 've never had any issues here. There was 1 time like 10 years ago that there was something on my sandwich that didn 't belong. I discreetly showed an employee, they immediately had it made again by a different person. They apologized and offered to refund my meal. (I don 't know if they are even allowed to do that now, but like I said this was years ago) I politely declined the refund and just requested it to be made over. My food has always been fresh and hot. Employees are generally smiling, helpful and make ordering easy. I and my mother went here to eat, and when we got our food. for 1, the lid was broken on one of the cokse, second, the chickening bugs were hard. they were not soft to bite. Third, the customer service was terrible. they gave my mother a posture when she went back to the load when she went back to fix her mistake. we often come here, and every time something is missing in our order. my family is very unpleasant about our trip here.

I honestly loathe going to Wendy's now. It's a last minute place for us when all other options are unavailable. Every time we visit, our orders are wrong, stuff is missing and it's haphazardly made. The staff needs help, it seems they're always understaffed and as a result it takes forever to get food out. I don't know what corporate is doing to these stores, but they need to go back and start over. Reserve uma mesa agora

Wendy's was on my list of places to visit for a free meal on Veterans Day, and it did not disappoint. The staff was fully aware of the promotion when I mentioned it, and they offered me a variety of options with a friendly demeanor. A big thank you for honoring service members today! Great job, Wendy's! Food: 5/5.

The staff was rude when I had to come in to get the sauce. Manger yelling at staff for not putting sauce in bag, Instead of apologizing to the customer. Never heard I'm sorry for the Inconvenience. Chicken nuggets were cold and hard. The coke had a broken lid.

The service at this restaurant was very poor. The woman at the front desk was quite rude, which led us to leave quickly. When we tried to call back to get her name so we could file a complaint, she refused to provide it and hung up on us.

We stopped for lunch with a group of eight adults with disabilities, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful towards our group. A big shout-out to the team for their wonderful service! Reserve uma mesa agora

Near closing time but still I expect my food to be fresh and hot. This visit totally sucked. I consider Wendy's the Cadillac of ff restaurants maybe need to rethink that.
