Wendy's - Reservar mesa

We decided to have dinner at this restaurant. We waited in our car for over 25 minutes before they called our order on the loudspeaker. A staff member told us to move to the second window to place our order. There were two cars ahead of us, so we had to wait for them to order and then receive their food. It seemed like they were taking longer than necessary, as there were at least 6 employees working. Finally, we reached the window and placed our order with the cashier. We ordered drinks and then waited for our food. When we received our food, we asked for our second drink but were told they had already given it to us, even though we hadn't received it. They literally so nasty and don’t care about they job. I’m so mad about the food I just bought LUCKILY I didn’t order what I was originally wanted because I’d actually drive down there instead of making this review to request a refund. But because I only spent 20 dollars I’ll let it slide just will never go back to this location! I ordered a few 4 for 4’s and it was definitely uncooked meet smh I thought it was cooked in a broiler but I’m guessing they took it out early the killer part is it was not even busy, Fries was cold and they gave me some broken chicken nuggets like just close if y’all not gonna serve the food correct! JUST MAKE SURE YOU CHRCK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE!

The person taking orders at the drive-thru was awful - I had to repeat myself multiple times and they cut me off before I could complete my order. I had to sort things out at the window and finish placing my order. When we received our food, it was not good. The burgers were cold (same temperature as the tomato and pickles) and the ketchup was warmer than the burger. The fries were cold and soggy, and the chicken nuggets were barely warm. The only decent part of the meal was the soda. Very disappointed and will not be returning to this restaurant.

on 1-16-21 1:10pm the employee was taking so long to communicate our order in the drive thru, i thought she was high on something.... the employees are taking only one order at a time and thru the drive thru that is as the car pulls up they will wait and then take the next order.... I'd be upset if I was a owner of this establishment. they were taking so long, people were leaving the drive thru line to go to McDonald's across the street and in and out without having to wait 20 minutes for an order... that's Revenue leaving the drive thru line. hort service only 4 cars in the drive through and inside seemed empty. it took almost 10 minutes to get to the order screen, then we sat on the order screen for more than 10 minutes just wait to have taken our order. then waited almost 10 minutes to get our food. the crew didn't seem to care about the customers at all. they were all standing in front and talking to each other. I wonder who made this eat. our whole food was cold and didn't taste very good. we were also offered 2 drinks that were not ours. in any case the time is not worth.

waited over 20 minutes in the line. two baconators ordered and one was not just a single cheeseburger. the other had no speck on it, was hard like a rock and was extremely greasy and cold. We had to correct our order in the window because they wanted to calculate us for an article that we did not order. pop was only water in the round and it wasn't even the right taste we ordered. overall worst experience I ever had with a wendy’s

Worst Wendys ever. Do not go here. They need a zero stars option. Took 45 min to get through drive through with only 5 cars in front of me. Lobby was not even open. No they weren't short staffed. I saw 4 differnet people working from the window. This is my 3rd time going here with the same results. 3 strikes your out. Done going here. Ive worked at a fast food burger place. This would of never been acceptable. Reserve uma mesa agora

the worst. we asked for sweeteners for icy that we did not have in the window, and we could see it in the bin. we didn't want a sauce on a sandwich, what does that mean? it has honey. they must be specific we had to repeat our order several times and it was still wrong at the end. the same woman with the long nails and colored hair with the unprofessional attitude is still there.

I ordered my sandwich without ketchup due to allergies, and despite explaining my toppings choices four times, they still got it wrong. I can spend my money at other restaurants that are more attentive to my needs.
