Wendy's - Reservar uma mesa

I went to this particular restaurant for lunch. Due to time constraints, I came here because it had the shortest drive thru line in an area with multiple fast food restaurants. Now I know why it had the shortest line. Despite the few customers waiting in the drive thru line, I waited quite a bit to reach the drive thru window. Once I did, I could not understand very well the employee on the speaker. Maybe for this reason, my order came out wrong. My whole meal in general needed much improvement. First, everything was luke warm. Second, the fries needed more salt. Third, my sandwich was missing some toppings. Fourth, the bun was stale. Manager was working and her customer service was bomb af. I never review fast food places but omg you guys they did everything I asked as far as adding and removing stuff. And the nice manager lady even wiped off my soda cup before she gave it to me. Also the food was the best Fast food I?d ever had. The fries were hot af and the sandwich pickles were evenly spread out. Best fast food experience ever.

Fries were cold and saltless, sweet tea tasted like it was mixed with Pepsi, the home style chicken sandwich was flavorless

My nuggets and fries are always lukewarm or cold. The burger is always delicious and the reason I keep coming back!
