Wendy's - Reservar mesa

We ordered 3 combos; 1 Daves double, 2 bourbon bacon double, 3 double big bacon classic,and an additional Jr bacon cheese burger, and 2 small fries. We received the 2nd and 3rd combos, JBC 2 small fries, and the 3rd drink. When we advised the we were missing a burger and fries from the Dave's combo, the guy at the window and manager both argued that we were not charged for a Dave's double and they we'd have to get back in line. They were both very rude and would cut us off making it hard to have a discussion. That's absolutely ridiculous. Why should we have to get back in that long line when it was the cashier's mistake!?!? I think I was discriminated against because I was white and the cowboys were in the playoffs. To be fair, the cowboys are in the playoffs quit often, but they always have an early exit. If you live in Texas, maybe cheer for the Texans because they have more playoff wins since they have came into the league than the Cowboys have had in the same time... If you 've never lived in Texas and you live in this area, you really shouldn 't be a cowboys fan if you are younger than me. I just left this location a few minutes ago after spending 45 minutes in line. When I arrived, I was informed that the FREE pub fries weren’t included in my order due to a glitch in the app that prevented me from adding them. Instead of the manager offering to comp me the FREE pub fries, she chose to argue with me and insisted there was nothing she could do. The only reason I used the app was to try the pub fries. If I had opted to pay at the window, I wouldn’t have had to wait 45 minutes in line. What a waste of time! I won’t be returning to this poorly managed and undertrained Wendy's.

We pulled up to the busy drive through at 1AM and had the best and funniest experience. Dave and Ron here handling the orders tonight. They were really perky and energetic. I never thought I 'll rate a fast food place so high, but they definitely made the trip and wait worthwhile. The food as always was crispy and tasty, but this review was mostly in acknowledgement of the great service we got. They deserve a raise My sister Reserve uma mesa agora

May I please have a number 1, no onions, medium coke? Get home...open the wrapping. Onions fall out. This happens. Ok. Wouldn 't have minded it so much if the lady handing me the food thru the window could have said, here you go , or thank you or heads up! . Nothing. Handed me the bag like I was holding her up. I 'm not trying to date you. Just maybe let the customer feel just a little welcome. A smidgen.

Before the last 6 months when I used to go to this Wendy's their service was horrible. But now they're so sweet and nice to help you what you orders would you get and again there's so nice and and genuine and kind. I really like going there now. I thank God that they changed because I hated it there if they're really cool now. Thank you guys. Keep up the good work!

I ordered from Wendy's today. I received half of my order. I have come to the conclusion that people cannot read. I ordered via uber eats, and I guess they just grab A bags, but not look at the receipt.

I spotted a roach at the dining tables. When I informed the management, they suggested it was likely just a bug from outside. I clarified, saying, "No, it's a ROACH." Reserve uma mesa agora

The fries were overcooked, and the tomato was inedible. Restaurant staff should remember: if you wouldn't eat it, don't serve it.
