Wendy's - Reservar uma mesa

This was a few days ago but I tried to fix one of the managers car bc she was having trouble with it I did find out that she had a fake plate on her vehicle which is a Toyota Corolla the managers name is Ashlee B. and I then learned after not giving her a straight answer she had threatened to shoot me if it wasn't for my pregnant fiance being there according to a couple of the employees there I will go one to say that I made a report with Longwood police don't know if they are going to do anything though but I would like to warn people about this lady bc she's a manager and someone with a gun and a serious anger issue stay away from here and apparently buying a couple drinks buys you a gun t...

could it get worse? only two of us in the car (drive thru). hot and crispy pommes were not hot or crispy. we got our drinks and asked to wait on the line. I drank, not a sirup. I wanted to change to another drink, not a sirup. three was the charm! Fries came hot scaling! no salt on them. I have to go where we wanted, and the BTH brothers were not what we ordered. I'm probably done with wendys.

Stood at the counter 5 or more minutes before some served us. There was no employee to be seen. Eventually 3 employees came from a back room. No diet coke or ice in the machines, fries stone cold and stale. This Wendy's restaurant is so unlike most I have eaten at.

Burgers and fries were good but chili was overcooked beans and not very good. Several customers had to recheck orders in front of us as people were getting the wrong items or not getting them at all.

Customer service and food was fresh and hott. I wish I could remember the rep at the window she was amazing it was after 10pm Monday 21 Feb.. Great service...
