Wendy's - Reservar uma mesa

I understand staffing in the service industry is very minimal at this time. However that is not an excuse for terrible customer service. The young lady on the speaker definitely hates her job and you can hear it in her tone with guests. Unfortunately kids these days have little to zero work ethic. Will not recommend to anyone.Not only do you have to wait forever but worst service and mediocre food. If I could give zero stars I would. No sense of urgency for fast food... tisktisk

Received bad service and was over charged for a big stack small fry sm strawberry lemonade of 9 and change. Was told I could not get it as a meal without the nuggets. I get this meal all the time and it is less than 5. I did not receive a receipt. Very unhappy with the service today. They were very rude at the drive thru.

the dining room was closed, but no sign on the door to display that. to drive people, it was no matter what, not the easiest place to get in or out. let's not go back. other wendy is close.

Stopped here for a frosty. Service was quick and friendly. Most importantly, the ice cream machine works....Every time!!?

Delicious!!! New fries are absolutely yummy! If you like iced coffee, try the chocolate Frappuccino.
