Wendy's - Reservar uma mesa

Food wasn’t horrible. Words don’t even explain. The young man who wears blue sport jacket, gave me a large box of fries but filled it as if it was a small, I had to return it back to him I didn’t even had to say nothing, he immediately ran to go fill it.. what does that sound like? Sarcasm! I order a large #6 spicy chicken sandwich. The wrapper had a hole on the sandwich wrap, then my mayo was falling off the sandwich!!! Since when is mayo that drippy? That’s ridiculous!! Someone had to spray something on my sandwich for it to be wrap twice (2x) !! I will never come to Wendy’s again! He literally messed up the entire food culture of Wendy’s. #HireMoreProfessionalPeople #SMH

I went to this location and asked for 5 fresh sugar cookies as I’ve done multiple times a week I was told they were fresh, they ended up giving me some very hard stale cookies and when I brought it to their attention and asked if I could have them made fresh, I was told that’s as fresh as the cookies were going to get. What kind of customer service is that ?? This location always have the rudest employees.

the most bad customer service I have received for a long time. had not even a chance to get my food was the guy who took orders on the way, terrible. 05/10/22 Whoever was through has not been busy there. will never go to this wendy again, although it is over the road from my house.

Came to this location for a coffee and seasoned potatoes. Everything was cold even the coffee. The staff customer service was underwhelming. Just a horrible experience.

Had a positive experience at this Wendy’s. The drive thru guy named L was pleasant,welcoming and respectful. Would be happy to come back soon.
