Wendy's - Reservar uma mesa

The staff were nice, so that's why there's even 2 stars, but man was this a bad experience otherwise. They were slammed, so I was expecting a bit of a wait. I walked in and there was no line but I waited at least 5 minutes to get to place my order. Then I waited almost exactly a half hour after I ordered before it was ready.This next part may be on me for not double checking the order after that fiasco, but when I got back to the hotel room I find out that the baked potato with sour cream and chives didn't have any sour cream, or even butter. This store has taken a huge dive. My last 2 visits I've been shorted food and 2 times I've ordered a spicey chicken and got a grilled that was under cooked the last time and the sandwich was in a ball shape. The chilli meat is gross. I dont think ill be going back. The quality of food is not worth 1 star bit I had to give it at least one to post this

Its just your average wendy's. Beats McDonald's anyday but it is still just fastfood. There was a very cool worker there who was patient with my family's confusing order so i really appreciated that.

Most inconsistent food in Helena. Tonight the chili was so spicy that I had to throw it out.
