Wendy's - Reservar uma mesa

Workers are rude , I asked what was the status on my order as I ordered at 1am and it says to be delivered 2:35am but the store closes at 2am. Called and a rude worker named Arthur was saying he couldn’t do anything and we are close. All i was asking was if they can cancel my order since they are close so I can order somewhere else. He rudely said the store was close and he not doing anything. I wasted an hour and 30 mins waiting for food that THEY confirmed , just to not get it. And then after hanging up on me , he canceled the order 30 mins later, after all stores are closed

Drive thru always forgets/mixes up items. Several times I ask for no cheese on my salad and when I get home it there. After several times of this occurring I began to check in the lot and one time I noticed the cheese was on, I asked them to provide me a new salad. They did. When we got home and went to eat the salad, the cheese was picked off rather than a new salad and the person eating had an allergy. Luckily, everyone was okay.

I wanted to try their meal deal advertised for $5-$6 after about 10 years since I ate at any Wendy’s. Seriously. It was a disappointment. Perhaps it was a bad night. The burger and chicken parties were dry and tasted old. The only things good were the frosty and chili, even it lacked the spices it used to have. Money wasted. Back to B King.

I dined inside. Solo. I had the new Ghost Pepper Chix combo and it was the best chicken sandwhich I've ever had. Maybe I was that hungry, maybe it was just assembled like the picture or maybe it was that the fries were also fried to perfection... but the one thing I know for sure is that chix sandwhich was worth the write up.

Always have an issue here. The line at the drive thru is ridiculous most times and they always forget something (sauces) or forget to take off onions from my sandwich. If it wasn't for the deals they offer, I would never go here
