Wendy's - Reservar uma mesa

Maybe b/c this Wendy 's is by a truck stop the staff here feel they don 't have to live up to the Dave Thomas dream of serving up fresh food that explains the carelessness of the team at this location. Fries were old, soggy too salty or no salt, bacon was burnt, lettuce was old (no crunch), and the sauce was all over the burger, I couldn 't get my hands on it without having to wipe excess sauce. I spent $50 with all the food having one, two or all of the listed things above. One order was completely wrong and this was for a child, you can imagine how hungry and upset this child was. Great bite to eat. Warm and fresh food if you?re lucky. Decently quick, not if a line forms though. Only got one person running the front, which means they have to take care of the drive through as well as the front end. Needs more workers, can?t be a 24 hour joint with only two people in it.

Wendy's, regardless the location, is always a great meal for a great deal. Their chicken nuggets are flavorful and their customer service is on FIRE. The service is fast and the drive-thru moves quickly. I have never had a bad experience here.

Told the lady it was my first time at Wendy's and she acted like I was wasting her time by looking over the menu. Acted as if she was bothered by our questions. Horrible costumer service I will never visit this location again. Do better. ??

Food was good. Employees need better training before letting them run the place
