Just read the newst reviews!! Dont be fooled by the 5 stars without decription as they were asked to leave a review and never shopped here. I placed a mobile order so they had me pull up, but completely forgot about me. After 15-20 minutes i went inside and my order had been cleared off the screen so it hadn't even been started. It shouldn't take my entire lunch break just to get a 4 minute order. These stores are designed to pump out all ordered in under 5 minutes, with 4 being the target. Which prompted me to call 800 number where I was gifted a credit. Came back today for 2nd chance and it was Complete chaos inside like it's everybody's first day. They don't know who ordered what or where...

Paid for 3 burgers, no meals or drinks just 3 burgers. Was asked to pull up along with 3 other cars and waited 10 minutes plus. The light skin cashier was rude and seemed like she didn't want to be there . Still waiting for food as positing this. All i know for this ridiculous wait and horrible management, my food better be hot as hell . Poor poor poor service. Wouldn't recommend to absolutely anything with a heartbeat. Literally watched an entire playoff game quarter.

07/30/2024 330 pm. They had like 7 cars pulled over waiting for orders. Kept bringing wrong orders out to the wrong cars. 15 minutes later, I pulled back up to the drive thru window and they got my order together AHEAD of the poor people who were in front of me. (squeaky wheel) Got home and the order was wrong as well. So many problems for years at this place. The owner should have to answer for this. The state needs to shut them down.

They didn't have any salad, Dr. Pepper, unsweet tea, sauce(?? besides ketchup and the customer service was okay. Most hilarious thing was that the cheeseburger was borderline cold. We went 2 hours before closing.

I think I offended the cashier when I told her she short changed me. Didn't get a receipt.
