I ordered a 5 dollar biggie bag. It always comes out cold so I have to ask for it to be cooked with extra crispy nuggets and no salt fries. This time I received it hot, but my crispy sandwich had tomatoes on it, I asked for it to be fixed, they said they were making it, they hand it to me, I open it , it's a burger!. I go back to get my sandwich and the chiense lady is telling me to return the sandwich and how I needed to return it. Excuse me, I'm not the one messing up the order, so please don't take it out on me . I'm just trying to get what I paid for!! My recit doesn't have tomatoes but they're making me out to be the bad guy yelling at me. No thanks. I always have problems here!!

July 24 update: Thank you, Breezy! I’m not saying my perfect single with cheese combo was quick, but coming west on Ridge, I made the left turn light back onto Ridge Rd in one cycle (barely! . It literally took one stoplight cycle to get my food. My Sprite was amazing!! Best fries, seriously. Thank you for a great sandwich. Samantha at the window was super sweet! Great job, Wednesday night crew!!

We went there on a Friday at 11:10 PM. It took 40 minutes from the time we entered the drive thru line to when we pulled away with our food. The burgers were dry and cool. And the fries were soggy and not hot? I would not be too concerned with waiting for our food for 40 minutes if the food didn't taste as if it was waiting as long as we did to be served.

Sat in a drive through line wrapped around the building completely. Didn't move for over 7 minutes, so I left. As I'm leaving, there isn't even a car at the window. This place is a joke. First time I've been here in months, and still the same terrible service as before.
