First off, the server was wonderful- so sweet, polite and very apologetic for our wait time. We got there around the same time as several other diners, and we ordered right away but then had to wait nearly an hour for our food. And the food was awful. I had a French dip and my partner had a philly, on both the roast beef was cut way too thick and it was so tough it was hard to take a bite out of the sandwich. The fries were pretty good. And the nice waitress took 10 off our check since we had to wait so long. I would not go back tho.
When reading reviews thought it would be a good place to try. We must have caught them on an off day. My daughter had pancakes eggs and sausage. Pancakes and sausage were good but the eggs were drenched in butter as were mine with my chicken fried steak which was possibly the worst thing I have ever been served at any restaurant! I drive truck over the road so that is really saying alot. On the plus side their sausage gravy was good as were the hash browns. By the way the dog wouldn't even eat the chicken fried steak.
Amazing food friendly staff and simple easy to read menus with a good selection of ethnicity based foods I stop here every time I pass through green river Utah.Update: the restaurant is no longer open on the weekends which makes me extremely sad and only open from 6 am to 2 pm during the week days which is bad because truckers gather here after 4pm usually and heavier on the weekends so I bet they just lost alot of money in one fail swoop
