We've been using West Pool for many years now. We've tried pretty much every other Chinese take away in the area and have always been left feeling disappointed either by the quality of the food, the level of service, price or delivery times. Not so with West Pool. We've always found their service to be excellent, and on the very rare occasion something hasn't been right with an order (these things happen), they've always rectified the problem quickly. Their food is always delivered piping hot and on time (if not before time). And everything we've tried from their extensive menu has always been delicious. The customer service at this place is the worst I've ever experienced. After being a customer for 30 years, we can no longer get delivery because we requested a refund for food that was too salty to eat. Even the English employee who works at the front of the shop agreed that the sauce was too salty. Now we have to order and pick up our food, and to make matters worse, their prices are nearly £4 more than a nearby restaurant for the same meal. From now on, we will be going to the other restaurant up the road. The quality here is far from good.
Called in this evening , for a take out , was greeted by 2 people who told me to put a face mask on, I have an exemption, the guidelines are anyone who fails to wear a femask , unless they have an exemption card must wear a mask , but this shower of Excrement think they can overturn government ruling .I will be making it known at the Trading standards the council Some of us have an exemption for a reason, you ate going against discrimination rules and the rules of the government, I will be taking it further .. shame we cant give a -6 Reserve uma mesa agora
Although I've used this place a few times over the last few years of being in Wolverhampton, it cant get much better for a take away, always fresh and hot, tasty and a good size portion. It's always quick , and not sitting about waiting for it, even when its busy. There are a few takeout establishments along the row of shops , reasonable prices and they deliver .. all in all a good meal
Always ordered from here prior to moving out of the area. Came back for a meal whilst passing and the order was incorrect. Food was not up to usual standards and found a long black hair in the crispy chicken which got wrapped around my tongue Absolutely disgusting, won’t be going back
