We made a special trip to Bar Harbor specifically for the Bar Harbor Whale Watch Co. and we were not disappointed. The customer service was outstanding, with the staff being very transparent about the rough conditions that day. Captain Chad kept us informed and all the crew members on the boat were attentive, ensuring that everyone was comfortable and safe. David M. and Outtin in the galley were particularly friendly and helpful, taking great care of us. Although we didn't see any whales as it was early in the season, we enjoyed spotting sea lions, puffins, and the stunning Maine coast.
