Whataburger - Reservar uma mesa

This was a location I visit regularly, but always in the morning. I had just returned from a trip and needed a late nite meal. I was having a problem with the app, but the employees didn't even acknowledge the issue. Three employees were standing near the register, but someone in the drive thru had to ask them to wait on me. They didn't ask me if they could help me, they just looked at me. When they brought me my box of food, I thought it was lighter than normal. It was missing the gravy, and the fry box was a little more than half full. One piece of chicken was about 3 inches long. The chicken was hot and fresh, but the fries were lukewarm. I don't know what it is with this location but the food was cold when we got it. They have something against dips there because they dont ever give you any even though you ask. Literally have to go inside and ask for fries or gravy or something because it's missing even though it's part of the meal. Which good luck with that because youre lucky if they acknowledge you. It's not worth waiting the 45 minutes for your food. Just don't waste your money or time.

I have never left here without having to either A. Correct my order before I leave or B. Be disappointed when I get home. This time around drink was wrong, and I had to ask for an item before I drove off because it was forgotten- and was met with attitude. It isn’t that hard . Do better!
