Whataburger - Reservar uma mesa

Everyone was nice and greeted us. A nice lady took our order, was very sweet, gave full attention to every customer order, she rushed no one and it seems that the people in the line were patient. The restroom was clean and they'll get your order out. The food was warm, my coffee was fresh. It is nice to find a Whataburger that is properly managed, it brings customers back. Especially when coffee is fresh and hot all the time.

The staff were very sweet and helpful. The cashier humorously asked my question about what he would recommend for toppings, and delivered a funny yet knowledgeable recommendation. The lobby was immaculate, good in stock, and the staff were in review with the customers when we needed something. Probably my new favorite Whataburger... too bad I live in LA!

We stopped during the trip and were pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service! An employee especially (I think her name is Frances) was super friendly and full of smiles for everyone she helped. Inside was clean and well kept. The food was great.

The staff is horrible, especially the girl wearing the pink jacket taking the drive thru orders. Beyond rude. You don 't answer the intercom what do you want with straight attitude. Poor customer service. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Drive thru. Got chicken strip with gravy. Asked for salt. Got no salt and NO GRAVY! Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 2
