White Castle Blue Island

Went for Valentine’s Day. Took the “waitresses” over 15 minutes to take our order. Took just as long for our food, and they delivered the wrong food. My wife, who ordered, brought my food back and told the workers of the mistake. I never got my food. When I asked for the check, they first brought me the wrong check...then brought me a check with the items we never received, and some items we never ordered. I’d advise anyone to go to a different location...the incompetence here is mind blowing.

The staff was incredibly friendly and eager to serve the customers. The decorations added a festive touch, and the food was served piping hot. They had special value offers that made it difficult for just the two of us to choose what to order. It felt like a delightful Valentine's Day celebration!
