Went for breakfast on our way to do some shopping! We were met by Simon who from the start was exceptionally welcoming attentive! We both selected the unlimited cooked option which entitled us to literally what the name suggests, we could order as much...hot cooked food as many times as we wanted, along with a full choice of the continental buffet, which also had a fantastic array of options! All the hot food was cooked to order was exceptionally fresh more importantly hot! I had poached eggs with my breakfast they were cooked to perfection! we stayed one night in the premier inn next to this pub so we decided to eat dinner here. Once we arrived, we were separated from a dame in a stained dress with a black lace (wish I had their names). was so rude and miserable. She immediately apologised us because she made us uncomfortable all night so that we ate our food and went as soon as possible!

eating was excellent and so was the service. the staff was very friendly and helpful. we had breakfast the next day and the food and service was just as great. will definitely be back to visit!

excellent eating friendly and efficient staff cat was our waitress and as always was very attentive no complaining at all
