Williams Chicken - Reservar uma mesa

Clean Location, Friendly Staff, my first time ever eating Williams Chicken. My experience was NOT a bad one at all. Ms. Tangie (STORE 29) gave me some insight about the menu, assured me everything was hot fresh, and told me I would be pleased. I will say, my food was hot, fresh, and tasteful. Next I visit Dallas I will stopping back by. Thank You Ms. Tangie for making my visit a pleasant one. Your Awesome!

I just spent dang near $30 for some dried out fries. I normally ck before I drive off but I’ve never had a problem until now. I know they wouldn’t eat it so why serve it to customers. Tried calling several times. Voicemail is full. Not happy at all. Can we do better please.Food: 1/5

The chicken here is very mid, it’s like they don’t even marinate the chicken, the Illinois location is The BEST! I never have to deal with attitudes there. Desoto just don’t have any good chain restaurants. The mom and pops spots are worth itFood: 2/5
