Willy's Mexicana Grill

The employee Martin was VERY professional and polite. I could tell he really enjoys his job and it shows by the way he greets and treats customers, I was very impressed...I can't forget Earl who was working the register, he too was very nice/professional...the food was great however, I will say the Salsa bar was a little dirty, and they were out of Salsa except one flavor, a frequent cleaning of that area would be more appealing as there was dried Salsa were customers spilled it everywhere, I actually wiped it down w/napkins myself...Lastly, the food was good, presentation and they play great music, a little loud but nice tunes were playing while I waited for service...Overall 5 stars, EXCEL...

They treat certain people different. Didn't feel friendly when I went in. Shorted me on my burrito any other Willy's in Atlanta is good but you got some locations where the customer service is the best. I probably won't come back to this location. For that I rank 1 out of 5 needs new management and customer service etiquette.????

Tuesday was my first time at Willy?s Mexicana Grill and I must say that I was extremely satisfied and impressed. Based on the comparable food chains such as Moe?s and Chipotle, I like their selections more. The soup was fantastic and I will definitely visit again. It is neat and people are friendly. That?s all one could ask for.

I visited 08/31/2022 1pm It wasn?t too busy, restaurant was clean. The staff on this particular day was so friendly and efficient! There is one lady, I wish I I got her name, she made our food and was so sweet, a great multitasker made our food and door dash orders at the same time. Food was great we will be back!
