Wimpy's Diner - Reservar mesa

..we were sitting in the back, close to the hall that leads to the bathrooms and storage, and while we were there one of the workers from the kitchen went down the hall, and then the uncomfortably noticeable stench of pot appeared. He reappeared a few minutes later and went back to the kitchen. At that point we were just trying to finish our food quickly so we could get out of the stink zone. Not a pleasant experience.

Wimpy's is good if you're craving typical breakfast food. Lot's of great options in the downtown core of Guelph - and I'd say Wimpy's competes as one of the top 5. Food is average, portion sizes are large. Staff wasn't too pleasant, but based on the comments above, it might have just been an off day for the waitress.

Average food at an average price. No Wow factor. Service is just OK. You wait a bit for your meal. Owner seemed an unhappy sort overheard him tell a staffer that when he says jump you say how hi. OKAY THEN Food was adequate in preparation and quantity.

Went in with some friends from the area after hearing them praise the place, and I was not disappointed! Had a good burger, and an awesome night! The best was being surrounded by the sounds of laughter and just an overall happy environment to be in! Reserve uma mesa agora

This is my go to cafeteria if I need some canadian food. Steaks are done well, pork chops are done well, hamburgers are just fine. Service and ambiance is cafeteria/diner style, so … prices are reasonable with the portions provided.

All portions very fresh and generous! The staff complete the experience. Take it up a notch with a switch to sweet potato fries and chipotle mayo over the hollandaise that dresses the massive Breakfast Poutine.

Finally, a restaurant that knows how to make home fried potatoes! Just a delightful meal when I couldn't resist having the Southwest Egg's Benedict for dinner. Well done!

Friendly fast service. Been open in Guelph many years. The size of burgers is what sets them apart from all other burgers places. Huge 10oz oblong shape patties. Reserve uma mesa agora

Came in here for breakfast after a night of drinking. It was well done. Good home fries, crispy bacon and decent size portions.
