We ordered food for a baby shower today, but unfortunately they gave us the wrong order. We didn't notice until we had already left. We have been loyal customers for years and have never experienced this issue before. When we contacted the restaurant, they insisted that we return the wrong order before they would make our actual order. They want us to return the food that has been sitting in our house for over an hour, which is completely unacceptable. There was no apology for the mix-up or for charging us for the wrong food. I recently dined at a Caribbean restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by the delicious food. The menu might seem like typical pub fare, but the flavors were anything but boring. I visited with two 12-year-olds and an adult, all of whom enjoyed the meal, even the picky eaters. The portions were huge, enough to feed two people with leftovers to spare. Our waitress was friendly and accommodating, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was casual and relaxed. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant in the future.
