Wings Etc. - Reservar mesa

I normally do not like to complain, but I have to share my experience at this restaurant. One of my friends was dining with his girlfriend and another friend when a female cook came out from the kitchen and physically assaulted him by slapping him in the head and face. This was not a joke or playful behavior, and it happened in front of other customers. Despite the inappropriate and unprofessional behavior, my friend chose not to call the authorities. The employee responsible for the assault, who is reportedly related to the manager, was not reprimanded in any way. This lack of accountability is unacceptable. The staff here are so unprofessional, a server had a baby on her hip going to the kitchen. U ask them a question about a job and they tell u to come in on a certain date and time so u do then u have to wait for almost a hour then told to come back on Friday. Come back on Friday and still waited for 45 mins for the lady. The lady tells u that u start on Friday so u come back Friday and they tell u that u r not in the system. After u quiet ur job cause they said I was hired. Worst job experience ever!!!

I was there a few weeks ago in the evening for a late dinner and we waited 45 minutes for our food and there was maybe 3-4 other tables there. The food wasn’t even hot when we got it.Also, to top it off I seen one of my old conworkers Skylar sitting at the bar in her work uniform drinking. Mind you she’s a minor.Between the long service, cold food and serving underage employees we will not be back.

The customer service at this restaurant was lacking, with only around 10 customers being attended to by 4 servers/bartenders. The service was slow and the waitress appeared annoyed and disinterested in taking our order. The food quality was also disappointing, especially considering we only ordered boneless wings. Skyler is an amazing server and I've never had a bad experience at all. All the workers here are great and I'm impressed with them all. Im staying in Springfield for a month and all I want to do is come and eat over here at the Wings ECT. Pub and grill it's a great experiences and makes buffalo wild wings looks really

Sign said wait to be seated. Waited and walked to the bar and finally someone greated me. Sat my self. Took a long time for a server to come over. I left another review and they wanted me to send an email and its been over two weeks and no reply. Thay dont care. Ordered side of mac and cheese received half a bowl.

After we finished eating, one of the employees came from the kitchen (possibly off duty employee) with his hands down his pants. I only gave the service a 5 star because the server that wanted on us was fantastic. I doubt we will be back though. Pretty much grossed me out.

We had dinner at this restaurant, which was conveniently located next to our hotel. Unfortunately, the Wings were not very good - they were cold and some of them didn't even have sauce. On the bright side, our waitress was friendly, attentive, and provided good service. Reserve uma mesa agora

As a doordash driver they didn't start my order till I got there frustrating! But on the other hand the customers seemed happy and having a good time.

Bartender was awesome, very knowledgeable of the area, great service. Definitely will come back
