this place has the absolutely worst customer service I have experienced in my life. it is a sweat that manager in the service was rude and evil waiting for the customers, and for the poor door bag dame. I was really uncomfortable just sitting there and waiting as she talks to her employees is completely careless. I have no idea how this place is still in business. I called ahead but no one bothered to pick up the phone. So I stopped in to place my order, and as I stood there listening to the unanswered phone ring on and on, no one offered to take my order. I finally asked a girl sitting down how long for an order, she said 30 mins but when no one offered to take my order still, I left with nothing. All three should be fired.

Placed my order online sat in the car longer than twenty minutes. Come in to get my order staff is just sitting in the back relaxing no food on no orders going!!!! Just completely IGNORING the orders. Employee just throwing chicken tenders in the grease NO GLOVES ON ITS STILL COVID!!!!!

Last. Time. Ever!I will not come back nor recommend it to anyone.Few people inside and few outside waiting in cars, only two employees working. One of them took a break with food she just fried.Been waiting 22+ mins after latest order timeline.

We had to wait 30 min for 2 orders of wings. We asked for boneless for both and only one was boneless. The other had crisps with no meat in it and filled with oil. Usually, its very good. But Not consistent.
