Wingstop - Reservar mesa

I ordered online at 9:40 I got my order at 11:05 , manager and other little kids there kept telling me 10 min every time I asked how much longer this is ridiculous my fries were ugly burned old oil and wings super cold and hard they need a manager who’s going to get down and dirty with them in the back to get the orders out she was just standing there rolling her eyes , there was about 5 orders people gave back saying it was not what they ordered I hate to be a karen but they need to step it up

Based on the online order, my food was supposed to be ready in 25-30 minutes; however, I ended up waiting 40 minutes and it still wasn’t ready. The staff member was unhelpful and informed me that it would take another 30 minutes, mentioning that the online timing is always inaccurate. By the time I finally received my food, the fries were cold. This is the third time I’ve experienced this issue, but I suppose I shouldn’t be surprised since it seems to be a common occurrence at Wingstop.

I'm very disappointed with the service at this location. My order was not ready when it should have been. I understand that it was busy so I waited and waited and they never called my name. So after waiting the 20 minutes I went up to check and my order was just sitting there getting cold. They never called my name. I didn't have headphones in or anything. I was listening intently. Absolutely terrible service.

I am incredibly disappointed with my experience. After picking up my food, I discovered a round metal ball in it while I was eating. This is just unacceptable and made me feel quite disgusted. I couldn't continue eating after that incident. I really can't comprehend where that metal ball could have come from or how it ended up in my meal. Reserve uma mesa agora

I ordered wings for dine-in, and as soon as they were called out, they were already cold—like straight out of the refrigerator cold. I also inquired at the cash register about a promotion they had posted right outside, and the staff simply shrugged and said, "I don't know."

I ordered my food for dine in they took an hour to give me my food.. untill i told them to put my order to go.. they brought it to me.. i saw like 4 costumers that order after me to go and their order came out first than mine!!..

Food was good but you close at 12 atleast let rhe people eating inside eat in piece,10:10pm you put the chairs up on table around me,then watching the game while eating you turn the TV off at 10:35! Manners go a long way.

I placed an order and when i received my order they completely forgot about one of my items I had ordered, I called about 5 times and they never picked up the phone. Wouldn’t recommend this place! Reserve uma mesa agora
