I came here on Sunday and had 10/10 service (I even told others about it because it was so good)! Decided to come again today after a long day of work and as soon as I walked in, the lady at the register had such a nasty attitude. I decided to be kind and greet her anyway and I said, “I’d like to place an order!” Like obviously…that’s what I’m here for lol. The lady proceeds to say, “You better hope it works.” I tell her my order, a simple 6 peice, bone in, hot honey rub flavor fries (this is literally on the menu). the young lady on the front was very pleasant. I have placed my order online for voodoories that was an upgrade to my combo. they were out of the box, so they offered an extra cup. I refused and she could refund the upgrade fees. many thanks for their friendly service! food review: I command the lemon pepper chicken. hühnersandwich was an 8/10 honest. it had easy after the taste, not sure whether it was the fat or the actual huh. everything else in my combo it was about $8.00

order a combo online half an hour before closing. I asked to replace the drink with water. Dollar charge still the register was closed and not able to take place. in the rule not a big thing to replace drink with water bottle. I feel like the website should offer the option for another drink selection or at least say it could be a charge. I have placed the same order on countless places, the last a few days ago without problems. nickel and dime ya tode!

this is in a beautiful area, but ghetto people work their and have bad attitudes especially the girls. when they order before the time, they usually wait until they get it, even begin to cook it. they always have people waiting for their commands long, even if only a few are there. the peculiarities should be concerned.

Good food but terrible and downright disrespectful service. Praying for the spirits of these workers and hoping wing stop can relieve them by employing more people or something? Terrible and atrocious attitudes. Disappointing to say the least
